Welcome to UploadWings. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the UploadWings website and file transfer service. By accessing or using UploadWings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the service.
UploadWings provides a temporary file sharing and data transfer service that allows users to upload and share files, images, documents, and other data through generated download links, email delivery, password protection, and restricted access options.
UploadWings is designed as a temporary file transfer service. Uploaded files are not intended to be stored permanently.
By using UploadWings, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you use UploadWings on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

Recipient email addresses are used only as necessary to deliver download links, provide restricted access functionality, operate the requested transfer, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Transfer passwords are hashed before storage and are not stored in readable plain-text form. Our staff cannot view or recover transfer passwords.
We do not routinely read, scan, or access the contents of files uploaded to UploadWings. However, files or related information may be accessed where reasonably necessary to investigate a valid abuse report, protect the security and integrity of the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law or valid legal requests.

When you contact UploadWings through our contact form or support email, we may collect and process the information you provide, including your email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide.

Uploaded files are temporarily stored using Cloudflare R2 cloud storage infrastructure.
Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours after the applicable transfer expiry period ends.
Files may also be deleted earlier where requested by the user, where such functionality is available, or where we reasonably believe deletion is necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.
After files are deleted from our active systems, they may no longer be available for download and may not be recoverable.
UploadWings is not a permanent storage, backup, or archival service. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own copies and backups of files.
UploadWings may allow users to protect transfers using passwords.
Transfer passwords are hashed before storage and are not stored in readable plain-text form. UploadWings staff cannot view, retrieve, or recover your transfer password.
Password hashes are deleted when the associated transfer expires or is deleted, subject to any limited retention required by applicable law, security requirements, or legitimate dispute resolution needs.
You are responsible for choosing a secure password and communicating the password securely to intended recipients.
UploadWingsmay generate a random UUID and store it in your browser's localStorage under the identifier uploadwings_session_id.
The session identifier is used to group operational and analytics events originating from the same browser session or browser installation.
The session identifier is not intentionally linked to a registered user account or used by UploadWings to directly identify an individual.
You can remove the session identifier by clearing your browser's local storage. Clearing browser storage may reset certain service functionality or analytics grouping.
UploadWings uses strictly necessary cookies to operate, secure, and protect the service, including cookies used for CSRF protection, rate limiting, security, and essential session management.
UploadWings also uses Google Analytics 4 for site analytics. Analytics cookies are only set after you give your consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You may decline at any time; if declined, Google Analytics will not run. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
UploadWings does not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing cookies, or third-party behavioral tracking cookies.
UploadWings uses third-party service providers to operate and maintain the service. These providers may process limited information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
Our service providers include Cloudflare, including Cloudflare R2, for cloud storage, infrastructure, security, performance, and related services, as applicable.
Third-party service providers process information subject to their applicable agreements, security obligations, and data protection requirements.
UploadWings uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect files and other information processed through the service.

However, no internet transmission, cloud storage system, or online service can guarantee complete security. You acknowledge and accept the security risks associated with transmitting and sharing files over the internet.
If UploadWings becomes aware of a personal data breach affecting senders or recipients, we will provide notifications to affected individuals and relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
You may not use UploadWings to upload, store, transfer, distribute, or share content that:
UploadWings may investigate valid reports of illegal content, intellectual property violations, security threats, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Where reasonably necessary, we may disable download links, restrict transfers, delete files, preserve relevant records, block users or IP addresses, suspend access to the service, or take other appropriate actions.
We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, and other competent authorities where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

You retain any ownership rights you have in the files and content you upload to UploadWings.
By uploading files, you grant UploadWings a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and make the files available solely as necessary to operate the service, complete your requested transfer, maintain security, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law.
This limited right ends when the files are deleted from our systems, except where continued retention or processing is required by applicable law.
The UploadWings website, branding, logos, software, design, interface, and other service-related materials, excluding files uploaded by users, are owned by or licensed to UploadWings and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit our service or proprietary materials except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.
UploadWings is intended only for temporary file transfers.
You must not rely on UploadWings as your only copy, backup, archive, or permanent storage location for any file or data.
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of all files uploaded to the service.
Anyone who obtains a valid unrestricted download link may be able to access the files associated with that transfer until the transfer expires, is deleted, or is otherwise disabled.
You are responsible for sharing transfer links and passwords only with intended recipients.
UploadWings is not responsible for access resulting from a sender or recipient sharing, forwarding, publishing, exposing, or failing to protect a transfer link or password.
We aim to provide a reliable file transfer service, but we do not guarantee that UploadWings will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Uploads, downloads, transfers, or service functionality may be interrupted because of maintenance, technical failures, network conditions, third-party service outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, subject to applicable law.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to UploadWings, disable transfer links, or delete transfers where we reasonably believe that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UploadWingsis provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that every upload, download, email notification, or transfer will be successfully completed.
We do not guarantee that uploaded files will remain available until the selected expiry time where deletion, suspension, technical failure, legal requirements, security concerns, or other circumstances require earlier removal.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UploadWings and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
This includes, without limitation, loss of files, loss of data, loss of profits, failed uploads or downloads, service interruptions, unauthorized access, disclosure caused by shared transfer links, or reliance on the availability of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UploadWings and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or content you upload, transfer, or share throughUploadWings.
UploadWings may add, remove, modify, limit, or discontinue features or functionality of the service at any time.
We are not obligated to continue providing any particular feature, transfer method, storage period, file size limit, or other service functionality indefinitely.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the service, our practices, legal requirements, or other operational reasons.
When these Terms are updated, we will update the “Last updated” date displayed at the top of this page.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of UploadWings after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies or notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and UploadWings regarding your use of the service.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator of UploadWings, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of UploadWings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts determined under applicable law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
